Nurture your growing social media communities (and reduce your workload!)

Marie Curie reported a 3700%+ increase in social media comments, mentions and messages between 2014 and 2022.

There’s only so long your social media team can deal with this increase before you need more staff or to outsource.

How to outsource your community management

The thing is, if you’re going to outsource, it’s got to be done right.

You’ve got to be able to explain:

  • your audiences

  • your brand tone of voice

  • your safeguarding policies and procedures

  • your escalation procedure

  • frequently asked questions

To do all that - you need a Community Playbook. A guide that you can pass on to anyone doing your content moderation to help them do it as well as you do.

Joanna Storer, Community Manager, Sightsavers

“As a busy social media team we have found Helen’s support with community management and crisis monitoring invaluable. It’s great to know our channels are in a safe pair of hands while we’re offline and Helen does a fantastic job at replying to comments in our brand tone, despite not being immersed in the day to day of our organisation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Helen’s services if you’re looking for social media moderation support.”
